DAY FOUR

You are amazing! It is totally normal if you don’t feel amazing right now as your body is cleansing. Be gentle on yourself, ok.

Daily flow

You know the drill by now: scrape your tongue, take your ghee or lemon water, sip your herbal teas and make some nourishing foods and drinks. Get some unfiltered morning sunlight on your skin. Drink warm teas or fresh juices. Flip through the rituals in the guide booklet and try something new or repeat whatever you’ve enjoyed so far.

After three full cleansing days you have two options:

Option one: keep going as you are.

Option two: slowly begin to reintroduce your normal diet in tiny bits. A egg here, a little bread there. Take note of how these foods affect you. I always find this a really enlightening time to really be present with how certain foods work with my body.

The choice is yours. Tune into what will be most supportive for you right now. Three or five full cleanse days?

Day four movement practice

This is a sweet and gentle one. Just 10 minutes of mindful movement with some flossy bits and bobs. Feel free to stack this practice with one from a previous day if you have the energy.

Get the rest you need, stay hydrated, get off the devices.
