On the equinoxes in both Spring & Autumn when the night and day are of equal length, we offer a complimentary ayurveda-ish cleanse to our community. You do not need to be a member of RUMMĀN to join.

The basis of this cleanse is this: Your body is cleansing and healing every day. We are simply removing the distractions and creating an optimal environment for your body to do it’s job.

We will be swapping out unhelpful habits for more life giving ones:

Coffee -> date lattes

Alcohol -> herbal treats

Takeout -> homemade nutrient dense meals

Scrolling -> ayurvedic self-care rituals

Netflix binging -> Fascia Flossing™

A busy social schedule -> creating time to rest and get a good nights sleep.

WHAT IS INVOLVED?

Pre-cleanse guide, shopping list, recipes + rituals

Two weeks before the cleanse you will receive our pre-cleanse guide with a detailed outline of what is involved.

You will also receive an e-book with our cleanse shopping list, recipes, and a how-to guide of ayurvedic cleansing practices.

Daily protocols

Each day of the cleanse you will receive an email of protocols for that day. This involves a fascia focused movement class focusing on the cleansing organs, a suggested flow for the day based on the recipes & practices provided in the e-book.

Post-cleanse rejuvenation guide

Following the cleanse you will receive a post-cleanse guide ensuring you leave the cleanse feeling nourished, empowered and rejuvinated.

  • Modern life is taxing on the body and the mind. Environmental toxins are everywhere, stress wreaks havoc on our digestion, and the pace of life has us all run off our feet. It’s safe to say that we all need a body, mind, and spirit cleanse from time to time. And this is what is on offer in this space.

    From a physical standpoint, we are here to stabilise digestion, reduce/eliminate digestive challenges, clear the blood of toxins, clear and revitalise body tissues, support all the body’s major cleansing organs.

    Further, a big part of this journey is about bringing more light and consciousness into your relationship with food, which is really just a mirror into your emotions and relationship with yourself. The goal is to prime your body and brain for more love, bliss, and peace, which according to ayurveda is the definition of health.

    It’s to rewire the old patterns of our ancestry too.

    Cleansing Ayurveda style can be easy. It’s about LOVING and optimising the body temple. Nothing is dogmatic here. If you don’t like any certain ingredients, you can always skip them or supplement them with something else.

    • Five days of eating hearty, nourishing homemade meals and yummy treats

    • Twenty-ish minutes a day of fascia flossing with me online to support the detox pathways

    • Incorporating ayurvedic practices into your day like self massage, dry body brushing & ghee cleansing

    • No alcohol, coffee or processed foods

    • Limiting screen time, especially after dark

    • Giving yourself permission to rest

  • No, this is a very gentle cleanse that is very appropriate for people with busy schedules. Although it is recommended to clear your calendar as much as possible to give yourself the gift of rest as energy will naturally be low during the cleanse.

  • Do not cleanse if:

    - You are actively trying to conceive (both men and women).

    - You are pregnant or breastfeeding

    - You are menstruating

    - You have a cold or flu

    - You are not in good health or have a heavy buildup of toxicity. If this is you or if you think this may be you, start your journey gradually with smaller daily cleansing protocols so as to not overwhelm the system.
